At what time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in time: 15.00. Check-out time: 11.00. Please contact us for more information on the possibility of an early check-in or a late check-out.

Reception Operates daily from 08:00-20:00.

For check In after 20:00 arrival time in mandatory.

Are the rates per apartment or per person?
The rates are per apartment.

Is breakfast included in the rate?
No, Aura Marina does not offer breakfast but you will find in your apartment all the equipment to prepare it yourselves.

Is Houskeeping Daily?
No, Housekeeping services are provided every 3 days and not daily since we are Self Catering Apartments.

What is included in the rates?
Local taxes, sheets and towels, hot water, electricity, internet connection, use of pool and parking area are all included in the rates. The Environmental Fee is excluded from the rate and it is payable upon arrival in cash basis.

What are the spoken languages at the reception?
English and Greek.

Are the rooms quiet and romantic?
Yes they are, our area is one of the most quiet in the island and Santorini is always romantic.

Are sheets and towels provided?
Yes, linens are provided.

Are the apartments reserved to non-smokers?
Yes, all the apartments are reserved to non-smokers.

Is there an INTERNET connection post in the structure?
Yes, there is, WiFi internet connections.

Is there TV in the apartments?
Yes, TV and is working with internet access.

Is there parking in the structure?
Yes, there is free parking upon availability

Where is it possible to rent a car?
We would be glad to help you with your transportation rentals and arrange a car awaiting you at the port/airport or a transfer. Quads and scooters are also available through our coworkers.

Are there shops and supermarkets nearby?
There is a small traditional grocery shop at 50m and a small supermarket at 500m.

Which is the nearest village?
Akrotiri within walking distance, Megalochori at 3 km, Emporio at 6km, Fira town at 10km.

Is it possible to have a massage session on the premises?
Yes,  upon request with our external partners with extra cost.

Is it possible to hire a baby sitter?
Yes, it is upon request and availability with extra cost.

Are animal admitted?
Yes, they are upon request.
